Open letter to Mr. President<\/p>\n
This is the 387th day since my son Petrus Bima Anugerah was
\ntaken away by force. As his mother, I continue to believe that my
\nson is still alive and somewhere in the territory of the Republic
\nof Indonesia. Therefore, I request your help to set my son free.<\/p>\n
I have reported my son's disappearance to the chief of Police,
\nthe Military Police of the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defense
\nand Security, the House of Representatives, the Commission for
\nMissing Persons and Victims of Violence (Kontras), the National
\nCommission on Human Rights, and even to the International Red
\nCross, Amnesty International, the Human Rights Watch and the
\nUnited Nations in Geneva. No clarity has been brought to the
\nmatter until today.<\/p>\n
I am at a loss as to where else to go. Because my son is an
\nIndonesian citizen and he disappeared in the territory of the
\nRepublic of Indonesia, I would like to ask you, in the capacity
\nas President of the Republic of Indonesia, to inform me as to the
\nwhereabouts of my son.<\/p>\n
I will not tire looking for my son, wherever and whenever. I
\nwill continue to write open letters like this one until the
\ngovernment of the Republic of Indonesia explains the matter.<\/p>\n
I look forward with hope to your attention and response, Mr.
