        "content": "<p>Vienna (ANTARA) - The Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting\nCountries (OPEC) and its partners, collectively known as OPEC+, decided\non Sunday (6 September) to suspend the oil output increase for October,\nOPEC said in a statement, as reported by Xinhua on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The decision was taken following a virtual meeting of OPEC+ member\ncountries, including Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan,\nAlgeria and Oman, to review global market conditions and economic\nprospects.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe seven participating countries decided to maintain the production\nlevels set for September 2026 to apply for October 2026,\u201d the statement\nread.<\/p>\n<p>The seven OPEC+ countries had been raising oil output on a monthly\nbasis since April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>OPEC said the seven countries would hold their next meeting on 4\nOctober to review market conditions.<\/p>",
