The late owner of OnlyFans, Leonid Radvinsky, received dividend
payments totalling more than US$700 million, or approximately Rp12.5
trillion (at an exchange rate of US$1 = Rp17,702), before his death from
cancer earlier this year. Radvinsky died on 23 March 2026 at the age of
43. The Ukrainian-born entrepreneur, who was raised in the United
States, had controlled OnlyFans since purchasing the platform from its
British founders in 2018.

The annual report of Fenix International Ltd, the British company
that operates OnlyFans, shows the firm recorded a pre-tax profit of
US$714 million, or around Rp12.64 trillion, last year. That figure
represents a 5% increase compared with 2024.

The company paid dividends of US$535 million, or around Rp8.83
trillion, for the financial year ending 30 November 2025. After that
period and up to 26 March 2026, the company paid further dividends
totalling US$174 million, or around Rp2.87 trillion. Total dividend
payments therefore reached approximately US$709 million, equivalent to
around Rp11.7 trillion. Following Radvinsky’s death, ownership of the
company passed to his wife, Yekaterina “Katie” Chudnovsky.

OnlyFans’ profitability is striking when compared with its workforce.
Fenix International employs just 47 people. By comparison, British
retail giant Marks & Spencer, which has more than 65,000 employees,
posted a profit of around £671 million last year.

OnlyFans experienced a surge in popularity during the Covid-19
pandemic. That growth propelled Radvinsky into Forbes’ annual
billionaires list just three years later. The platform offers a range of
subscription-based content, from cooking to fitness. However, OnlyFans
is better known as an adult content platform and is credited with
helping to transform that industry by enabling direct interaction
between creators and subscribers.

Creators can engage with fans through live streams, personal messages
and bespoke requests for specific photos and videos. OnlyFans takes a
20% commission on every payment made by users. Throughout 2025, OnlyFans
recorded 132 million paying subscribers and 2.5 million active
creators.

OnlyFans chief executive Keily Blair said the company has paid more
than US$30 billion, or around Rp495 trillion, to creators since the
platform launched a decade ago. “OnlyFans provides real opportunity to
people by creating a safe, regulated space where they can monetise
content to a global fanbase,” Blair said. According to Blair, the
UK-based company has also made a significant contribution to the
country’s economy. OnlyFans is said to have paid more than £600 million
in corporation tax since 2016.

Despite its growth, OnlyFans has faced regulatory scrutiny over adult
content. A BBC Three documentary previously revealed allegations of
exploitation, coercion and violence against a number of creators on the
platform. In 2024, the UK regulator also investigated whether children
could access pornographic content on OnlyFans. The company said at the
time that the issue related to a technical problem.

Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, ultimately closed that
investigation. However, OnlyFans was still fined around £1 million for
failing to provide accurate information about its age verification
mechanisms. Under the rules, OnlyFans users must be at least 18 years
old.
",
