However, Saadah (53),\nan online motorbike taxi driver, has faced a different fate. The woman\nlost her motorcycle, which was her lifeline for earning a living, on the\nmorning of Monday (15\/3\/2026). \u201cThat\u2019s just how it is. At most, my\nchildren or relatives will help,\u201d said Saadah when met at her home on\nWednesday (18\/3\/2026). Saadah was once married but is now divorced. Her\nchildren are already married. She has been supporting herself for the\npast 10-15 years. She needs to pay Rp400,000 per month for renting her\nsmall house. To make ends meet, she started working as a motorbike taxi\ndriver from around 6am to 8pm WIB. Often, Saadah does night shifts from\n4pm to 3am. Her income is inconsistent, ranging from Rp150,000 to\nRp250,000 per day.
