        "content": "<p>On SEA Games stickers<\/p>\n<p>I am writing in response to a letter from Zumrotin, a member<br>\nof the executive board of the Indonesian Consumers Organization,<br>\ndated April 28, 1997 concerning the sale of SEA Games stickers. I<br>\nwould like to clarify as follows:<\/p>\n<p>1. In compliance with the Agreement of Cooperation between the<br>\nState Electricity Company (PLN) and the Private Consortium as a<br>\npartner of the SEA Games Organizer, the fund-raising drive is<br>\nthrough sale of stickers. The contribution is not included in<br>\nelectricity bills, so it is not automatic. In other words, PLN<br>\nconsumers are free to decide whether or not to buy the stickers.<\/p>\n<p>2. It is said in the agreement that PLN shall return the unsold<br>\nstickers. The purchase of the sticker is voluntary in nature, and<br>\nnot obligatory.<\/p>\n<p>3.
