I am not a psychologist<br>\nbut I believe the incident could prove to be a traumatic<br>\nexperience for the boy, which may haunt him for quite some time.<br>\nI think the department store management should review its policy<br>\nof handling their customers and in recruiting staff.<\/p>\n<p>A good service does not only mean how to wrap merchandise<br>\nnicely and how to handle things properly.
