        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa has\nstated that the process of taking over PT Permodalan Nasional Madani\n(PNM) from BPI Danantara is still in the discussion stage. As known,\nPurbaya wishes to position PNM as a Special Mission Vehicle (SMV) under\nthe Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu).<\/p>\n<p>He revealed that Danantara\u2019s leadership has approved the acquisition\nplan for the company. Nevertheless, there have been no further steps\nfrom the relevant parties.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is still being discussed. Over there (at Danantara), at the top\nthey say it\u2019s already approved. At the lower levels, I don\u2019t know. Not\nyet. It seems like bureaucracy at SOEs, right? It\u2019s slow. Yes, yes, but\nno,\u201d said Purbaya at his office in Jakarta on Wednesday (25\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Although there is still no certainty on the continuation, Purbaya\nclaims he will continue to process the acquisition of the company under\nPT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BRI).<\/p>\n<p>This is because PT PNM will be used as the main channel for Kredit\nUsaha Rakyat (KUR).
