Kali Besar Barat 44-46 in West<br>\nJakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Around midnight on Feb. 11, I was awakened by deafening<br>\nbanging on my door. It was being forced open by three men. They<br>\nwere calling a name unknown to me. In the darkness, with only<br>\nsome light coming from the bathroom, I was trying my best to ask<br>\nthe purpose of their forceful entry. They were also taken aback<br>\nbecause they did not find their friend. They said they had been<br>\ngiven a magnetic card by the hotel's reception without the number<br>\nbeing checked.<\/p>\n<p>The next day I reported the incident to the hotel manager and<br>\nreceived an unsatisfactory reply saying that such things might<br>\nhappen. He apologized but showed no qualms, responsibility or<br>\nguilt.<\/p>\n<p>This new hotel should be more alert by ensuring that its<br>\nmagnetic cards are safe.
