        "content": "<p>The Financial Services Authority (OJK) is developing the National\nFraud Portal under the Indonesia Anti-Scam Centre (IASC). The platform\nis being set up as an integrated system to support faster and\ncoordinated handling of fraud cases.<\/p>\n<p>Dicky Kartikoyono, Executive Head of Financial Services Business\nConduct, Education, and Consumer Protection at OJK, said the system will\nfacilitate report collection. It will also support information exchange\nand transaction tracing for suspected fraud cases. The portal is aimed\nat speeding up identification and follow-up processes, as well as\nstrengthening collaboration to protect the public from losses due to\nillegal financial activities.<\/p>\n<p>Dicky stated that OJK is currently coordinating with various\nstakeholders to develop the platform. \u201cThis process includes aligning\ngovernance aspects, operational readiness, and required data integration\nto ensure the system operates effectively,\u201d he said on Sunday, 24 May\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>Dicky stressed that OJK, through IASC, continues to strengthen\nsynergy and collaboration with relevant industries. The collaboration\nalso includes the telecommunications industry to optimise the handling\nof public complaints. The majority of complaints came from illegal\nonline loans, with 11,753 reports. Additionally, OJK received 2,379\ncomplaints regarding illegal investments and 100 related to illegal\npawnbroking.<\/p>",
