"summary": "The Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) is intensifying efforts to boost capital market literacy in order to grow the domestic investor base and shield the public from fraudulent schemes, with current investor numbers reaching 24.4 million as of March 2026, 54 percent of whom are under 30. Despite the accessibility of digital investment platforms, literacy levels remain low at 17.78 percent, prompting initiatives like the 2026 Integrated Capital Market Socialization and Education programme targeting students, civil servants, and women's groups. This push is vital for enhancing financial inclusion and supporting national economic development, as underscored by provincial and university leaders.",
