The Financial\nServices Authority (OJK) confirmed that opportunities for domestic\nissuers to be included in international indices remain wide open.<\/p>\n<p>Executive Head of Capital Market, Derivatives, and Carbon Exchange\nSupervision at the OJK, Hasan Fawzi, said several Indonesian stocks meet\nthe performance metrics required for inclusion in the MSCI index\ngroup.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is only because their policies are currently under a freeze that\nthe inclusion of these stocks has been delayed,\u201d Hasan stated in Jakarta\non Wednesday, May 13, 2026, as quoted by Antara.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that many domestic issuers still have the potential to\nbe included in the MSCI Small Cap Index or the MSCI Global Standard\nIndex during the next evaluation period.
