        "content": "<p>The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services\nAuthority hereby announces the enactment of insurance adjuster business\nlicense in respect of the change of name from PT Bahtera Arung Persada\nto PT Bahtera Adjuster Persada through KEP-81\/PD.02\/2026 on February\n26th, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the\nOJK. Following the enactment of its business license, PT Bahtera\nAdjuster Persada is required to carry out its business activities in\naccordance with prevailing laws, regulations and to continously comply\nwith supervisory requirement set forth by the OJK.<\/p>",
