The names will be submitted for\napproval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) scheduled\nfor 29 June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Jeffrey Hendrik has been appointed as President Director of the IDX\nfor the 2026-2030 period. Hendrik currently serves as the Acting\nPresident Director of the IDX.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat is correct, in accordance with the OJK letter submitted to the\nIDX Board of Directors,\u201d said Hasan Fawzi, Chief Executive of Capital\nMarket, Financial Derivatives, and Carbon Exchange Supervision at the\nOJK, in Jakarta on Thursday, 18 June 2026, as quoted by Antara.<\/p>\n<p>The OJK has also appointed Saidu Solihin as Director of Corporate\nValuation, and Irvan Susandy as Director of Trading and Exchange Member\nRegulation. Furthermore, the OJK selected Yulianto Aji Sadono as\nDirector of Transaction Supervision and Compliance, and Abdul Munim as\nDirector of Information Technology and Risk Management.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the OJK appointed Iding Pardi as Director of\nDevelopment; Pardi currently serves as President Director of the\nIndonesian Clearing and Guarantee Corporation (KPEI).
