Its members include the
\nministers of public works, home affairs, social services and the
\nstate ministers of national development planning (chairman of the
\nNational Development Planning Board or Bappenas) and agrarian
\naffairs (chairman of the National Land Agency).<\/p>\n
It is in charge of supervising private, state-owned and
\ncooperative developers without interfering in the companies'
\nactivities.<\/p>\n
One way suggested to control dishonest developers, he said, is
\nto ban them from making transactions with buyers before they
\nobtain licenses for construction.
