        "content": "<p>Jayapura (ANTARA) - The Cartenz Peace Operation Task Force (Satgas\nODC) has ensured that law enforcement against one member of the Armed\nCriminal Group (KKB) named Pulon Wonda complies with standard operating\nprocedures (SOP). \u201cPersonnel from the Cartenz Peace Operation Law\nEnforcement Task Force acted in accordance with SOP during the arrest of\n(Pulon Wonda) on Tuesday (2\/4),\u201d said the Cartenz Peace Operations\nChief, Inspector General of Police Faizal Rahmadani, when contacted from\nJayapura on Monday. He explained that the shooting of Pulon Wonda\u2019s leg,\nwho was the perpetrator of various shooting and attack actions against\nboth TNI-Polri members and civilians, was carried out because, in\naddition to resisting, he also attempted to flee when arrested in\nPruleme Village, Mulia District, Puncak Jaya Regency, Central Papua. He\nstated that due to the gunshot wound on his leg, Pulon Wonda is\ncurrently being treated at Bhayangkara Hospital in Jayapura after being\nevacuated from Mulia.
