        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. (NISP), also known\nas OCBC Indonesia, has agreed to distribute a cash dividend for the 2025\nfiscal year amounting to Rp1.03 trillion, or the equivalent of Rp45 per\nshare. The dividend payout ratio stands at 20.42% of the 2025 net profit\nof Rp5.06 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>This decision was taken at the annual general meeting of shareholders\n(AGMS) of OCBC Indonesia, held on Thursday (9\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s dividend distribution represents a drastic decline from\nlast year\u2019s amount of Rp2.43 trillion, or Rp106 per share. Last year\u2019s\ndividend payout ratio was also higher, at 50% of the 2024 fiscal year\nnet profit.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the AGMS of OCBC Indonesia approved the use of Rp1\nbillion from the net profit for general reserves. Meanwhile, the\nremainder of the net profit has been designated as retained\nearnings.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting also approved the acquisition of shares in PT OCBC\nSekuritas Indonesia and PT Great Eastern Life Indonesia by OCBC\nIndonesia. This is in line with the implementation as the parent company\nof a financial conglomerate in accordance with the provisions of the\nFinancial Services Authority (OJK).<\/p>\n<p>At this AGMS, NISP shareholders also agreed to changes in the\nmanagement.
