        "content": "<p>The Regional Leadership Council (DPW) of the Star and Crescent Party\n(PBB) in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) will soon issue a summons to Hengky\nFebrianus Loden. Hengky Loden is a member of the Kupang Regency Regional\nPeople\u2019s Representative Council (DPRD) who was raided with his mistress\nat a rented house in Oebufu Ward, Kupang City, NTT, on Sunday\n(29\/3\/2026) around 01:00 WITA. \u201cI am currently out of the area and plan\nto return to Kupang on Thursday. So we will hold an internal meeting at\nthe DPW level to summon and seek information from our member\/cadre,\u201d\nsaid the Chairman of DPW PBB NTT, Saktico Masneno, to detikBali on\nMonday (30\/3\/2025). The son of former Kupang Regent Korinus Masneno\nexplained that DPW PBB NTT will definitely issue a summons letter to\nHengky Loden.
