        "content": "<p>The Provincial Government of West Nusa Tenggara has confirmed that\nall recommendations from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) of the Republic\nof Indonesia regarding the Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD)\nfor the 2025 Fiscal Year have been followed up in accordance with\nregulations.<\/p>\n<p>Provincial Government Spokesperson Ahsanul Khalik stated in Mataram\non Tuesday that the BPK recommendations are part of the audit mechanism\nto improve governance. All recommendations have been addressed,\nincluding the deposit of all revenue findings, both before and after the\nAudit Result Report (LHP) was issued.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that at the UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja of the Manpower and\nTransmigration Office, a retribution revenue discrepancy of Rp92.17\nmillion was fully deposited into the regional treasury before the LHP\nwas published. Similarly, at the UPTD Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan\nKoperasi, all deposit obligations were completed in accordance with the\nBPK\u2019s recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, at the Environmental Laboratory Centre, the BPK\u2019s\nrecommendation did not relate to financial misuse, but rather a review\nof service charges imposed outside regional regulations to ensure a\nstronger legal basis. Recommendations for the State Museum, Wisma\nSeruni, and Tanjung Sape Fishing Port concerned administrative\nimprovements, optimisation of retribution administration, use of tickets\naccording to provisions, and acceleration of licensing processes under\ncentral government authority.<\/p>\n<p>Ahsanul, who also serves as Head of the Communication, Informatics,\nand Statistics Office (Kominfotik) of NTB, stressed that BPK\nrecommendations are instruments to strengthen the internal control\nsystem and improve the quality of regional financial management.\nTherefore, audit findings cannot be immediately concluded as regional\nlosses or missing state funds. He affirmed that the NTB Provincial\nGovernment is committed to implementing all recommendations in an\naccountable, transparent manner, in line with the Governor\u2019s\ndirectives.<\/p>",
