The investigators\nwere handling the case of three santri who were burned at the\nRosudatussaulatiyah Al Ibrahimy Islamic boarding school. \u201cThe\nrecommendation will be implemented,\u201d Kalingga stated on Tuesday\n(14\/7\/2026). The recommendation was made during a hearing with the DPR,\nwhich was attended by the victims\u2019 families and their representatives.\nOne of the key points was a request for the Police Professional and\nSecurity Division and the Criminal Investigation Agency to evaluate the\nperformance of the Central Lombok Police investigators. The case has now\nbeen taken over by the Women and Children Protection and Trafficking in\nPersons Directorate of the NTB Regional Police. \u201cIt has been taken over\nby the NTB Regional Police. We will immediately follow up on all\nrecommendations from Commission III. Firm steps will be taken soon.\nHopefully, everything can be resolved,\u201d he added.
