        "content": "<p>Mataram (ANTARA) - The West Nusa Tenggara Attorney General\u2019s Office\nis examining data from the search of the Central Lombok National Land\nAgency office in connection with the investigation into alleged money\nlaundering offences (TPPU) and gratuities, with suspect Subhan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll documents from the search, whether in the form of data or\ninformation, are currently being studied by the investigation team,\u201d\nsaid Spokesperson for the NTB Attorney General\u2019s Office, Harun Al\nRasyid, in Mataram on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The Special Crimes Investigators from the NTB Attorney General\u2019s\nOffice previously searched the Central Lombok Land Agency office on\nMonday (6\/4). The search is related to the development of a case\ninvolving alleged corruption in the procurement of land for the\nconstruction of the MXGP Samota circuit on Sumbawa Island.<\/p>\n<p>In the main case, Subhan has been named a suspect along with two\nindividuals from the land appraisal team of the Pung\u2019s Zulkarnain Public\nAppraiser\u2019s Office, namely Muhammad Julkarnaen and Pung\u2019s Saifullah\nZulkarnain.<\/p>\n<p>During the land procurement process in the 2022 fiscal year by the\nSumbawa Regency Government, Subhan served as Head of the Sumbawa Land\nAgency from 2020 to 2023. He was later named a suspect again at the end\nof 2025 while serving as Head of the Central Lombok Land Agency.<\/p>\n<p>The Attorney General\u2019s Office then pursued further development by\nissuing a new investigation order related to alleged money laundering\noffences and gratuities during Subhan\u2019s tenure as Head of the Sumbawa\nLand Agency from 2020 to 2023 and as Head of the Central Lombok Land\nAgency from 2023 to 2025.<\/p>\n<p>For the investigation into the alleged TPPU and gratuities, the\nAttorney General\u2019s Office has not yet disclosed the suspect\u2019s role. The\nsearch at the Central Lombok Land Agency office remains part of the\nongoing investigation series.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis search is part of the series of processes in the investigation\nof alleged gratuities and TPPU,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the NTB Attorney General\u2019s Office, Wahyudi, previously\nstated that there are still several investigation stages that must be\ncompleted before naming suspects in the TPPU and gratuities case.<\/p>\n<p>One of them is the examination of experts, both criminal experts and\nthose from the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre. The\ninvestigators are currently building coordination with these\nexperts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe expert examination is part of completing the evidence,\u201d said\nWahyudi.<\/p>",
