I sent my<br>\nwritten complaints on April 18, June 7, and Aug. 9.  I have a<br>\nproblem with the &quot;careless current meter recordings,&quot; done by PLN<br>\nstaff.<\/p>\n<p>On my July bill the electricity usage was recorded at 3180,<br>\nwhile in fact our meter showed 2445. I had to pay Rp 45,095, a<br>\nconsiderable increase in my electricity bill.<\/p>\n<p>I wasted my time going to the company&apos;s office to discuss the<br>\nfaulty recordings.<\/p>\n<p>Ironically, when a customer happens to delay the payment of<br>\nthe bill, the company never hesitates to immediately sanction the<br>\nunfortunate customer.<\/p>\n<p>E.
