"summary": "Police in Jakarta have uncovered an apartment in North Jakarta being used as a production site for vapes containing the anaesthetic drug etomidate, following the discovery of hundreds of such cartridges at a child kidnapping location by a 50-year-old foreign national, CH. The suspect admitted to producing the illicit vapes there for several months using raw materials imported from China, selling them directly to specific buyers for a daily turnover of Rp40,000. This case highlights the growing issue of home-based drug manufacturing and international supply chains in Indonesia's illegal narcotics trade.",
