        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Former Deputy Minister of Manpower Immanuel\nEbenezer, alias Noel, has denied requesting a Ducati Scrambler motorbike\nfrom Ministry of Manpower employee Irvian Bobby Mahendro, who is\nnicknamed \u2018Sultan Kemnaker\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Noel explained that the giving of the motorbike stemmed from a casual\nconversation about automotive hobbies, during which Bobby offered the\nmotorbike to him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt that time, he said, \u2018Mr Deputy Minister, you like motorbikes,\nright?\u2019 I said I don\u2019t like motorbikes. A few weeks later, Bobby\u2019s\nfriend kept inviting me to try the motorbike. He said, \u2018Sir, try it\nfirst.
