        "content": "<p>Jakarta, VIVA \u2013 The East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government\ncontinues to accelerate the digital transformation of public services.\nOne of its latest steps is realised through the signing of a payment\ngateway integration agreement between PT Finnet Indonesia (Finpay) and\nthe Regional Revenue and Asset Agency (BPAD) of the East Nusa Tenggara\nProvincial Government on the PRO NTT application.<\/p>\n<p>This collaboration is part of efforts to modernise the payment system\nfor regional services, particularly Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) and various\nother regional levies, so that they are more easily accessible to the\npublic online.<\/p>\n<p>PRO NTT itself is a digital platform developed by BPAD Pemprov NTT to\nprovide integrated public services for residents of East Nusa Tenggara.\nBefore the integration, payment processes relied on manual methods at\nservice counters or through Virtual Accounts, which were deemed to have\nseveral limitations in practice.<\/p>\n<p>Through Finnet\u2019s payment gateway integration, the payment system now\nsupports real-time digital transactions with a wider and more flexible\nrange of payment methods. The public can now pay using credit cards,\nQRIS, DANA, LinkAja and even Virtual Accounts from BRI, Bank Mandiri,\nBNI, BCA, Bank Mega, Maybank, and regional development banks.<\/p>\n<p>Rakhmad Tunggal Afifuddin, Chief Executive Officer of Finnet\nIndonesia (Finpay), said the advent of this integrated digital payment\nsystem is expected to improve the quality of public services while\nmaking it easier for residents to meet their tax obligations and other\nregional service payments without having to come to a physical\ncounter.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018In addition to speeding up the transaction process, the integration\nis also seen as a means to promote digital financial inclusion in the\nregion, as well as enhance transparency and timeliness of public service\npayments,\u2019 said the executive, known as RTA, in a statement on Tuesday,\n19 May 2026.<\/p>\n<p>This collaboration also underscores the commitment of the East Nusa\nTenggara Provincial Government to building a more modern, efficient, and\nintegrated digital services ecosystem as part of its vision to position\nNTT as a province adaptable to Indonesia\u2019s digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Present at the signing were Finnet Indonesia (Finpay) CEO Rakhmad\nTunggal Afifuddin, Head of Bapenda of NTT Province Johny Erikcson\nAtaupah, Director of Traffic (Dirlantas) of the NTT Regional Police,\nKombes Pol Dedi Eka Jaya Helmi, Head of Jasa Raharja NTT Sumantri\nMuhammad Basawan, and Director of Business Marketing (BM), Azis Sidqi.\nThe event was held at Kristal Hotel Kupang, NTT.<\/p>",
