        "content": "<p>No jobs at Garuda<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): National flag carrier Garuda Indonesia announced<br>\nyesterday it would not recruit new employees because it had \"more<br>\nthan enough\" personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Company spokesman Pudjobroto said \"Garuda has applied a zero<br>\ngrowth policy in its human resources division\".<\/p>\n<p>He said Garuda would recruit internally to fill positions when<br>\nnecessary.<\/p>\n<p>\"Garuda has announced this to avoid any possible wrongdoing by<br>\ncertain parties which manipulate Garuda to make it seem the<br>\nairline is looking for new employees,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>The company recently introduced a Rp 2 million to Rp 5 million<br>\ncharge for anyone intending to apply for a position with it.<\/p>\n<p>He said Garuda would advertise in the local media when<br>\nvacancies arose.
