        "content": "<p>No duty on ship parts<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The government has extended the zero percent<br>\nimport duty facility on ship parts and apparatus for shipping<br>\nsafety for another year.<\/p>\n<p>Agus Haryanto, a spokesman for the Ministry of Finance, said<br>\nthat the facility, which expired on March 31, has been extended<br>\nfor another year until March 31, 1995.<\/p>\n<p>He said importers are required to apply for the facility to<br>\nthe Directorate General of Customs and Excise, with a<br>\nrecommendation letter from the Directorate General of Sea<br>\nTransportation.<\/p>\n<p>The measure is stipulated by the Finance Minister&apos;s Decree No.<br>\n339\/KMK.01\/1994.
