The \"No Change\" sign at the Pondok Gede Timur tollgate has
\nbeen ineffective as many motorists enter it without paying the
\nexact fee. They pay more than the toll price and do not bother to
\nask for the change.<\/p>\n
The tollgate cashiers are obviously delighted with this kind
\nof motorist and they appear to give them more courteous services
\nthan to those who pay the prescribed fee.<\/p>\n
As a motorist who always takes the trouble to make sure to
\nhave the exact amount of money for the toll, I feel hurt and
\nquestion the discipline of PT Jasa Marga, the toll road operator.<\/p>\n
The operator has a ruling about payments: \"Those motorists who
\nfail to give the exact amount of money for the toll should
\nimmediately park their cars in the safety lane and PT Jasa Marga
\nofficials will later bring the change.\"<\/p>\n
As a state-owned company, PT Jasa Marga should uphold its own
\nregulation and see to it that their employees will not be viewed
\nin a bad light.<\/p>\n
