Nias journalist goes missing<\/p>\n
MEDAN, North Sumatra: A journalist from the Berita Sore afternoon
\ndaily, Eliudin Telembanua, 50, had been declared missing since he
\nwas reportedly kidnapped by unidentified persons four days ago.
\nEliudin reportedly went missing while he covered a story in Teluk
\nDalam district, in South Nias.<\/p>\n
As of Saturday, his whereabouts was still unknown, said his
\ncolleague Hendrik Prayitno.<\/p>\n
According to witness Ukuran Maruhawa, a fellow journalist,
\nboth Ukuran and Eliudin were about to return home after they had
\ncovered a murder case in Teluk Dalam district.<\/p>\n
On their way home, they were intercepted by six people riding
\nthree motorcycles who forced them to dismount from their
\nmotorcycle. The group overwhelmed Eliudin, while Ukuran managed
