        "content": "<p>Bali Gapura Marina has begun operating its first two docks at the\nBali Maritime Tourism Hub (BMTH) in Benoa Harbour, Bali. The facility\nincreases service capacity to 75 yachts as part of the development of\nmaritime tourism infrastructure in Indonesia. The marina, developed by\nPT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva and PT Marina Development Indonesia, is\nplanned to have five docks. Once construction is fully completed in\n2027, the marina\u2019s capacity is targeted to increase to 180 yachts,\nincluding superyachts up to 200 feet in length. Faruq Hidayat, President\nDirector of PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva, stated that the marina\u2019s\ndevelopment focuses on providing modern infrastructure, improving\noperational standards, and offering supporting services for maritime\ntourism. \u2018The development of Bali Gapura Marina is part of the company\u2019s\ncommitment to presenting a world-class marina tourism hub that\nprioritises service quality, sustainability, and the use of modern\ntechnology,\u2019 Faruq said in a written statement on Monday. Ulf Backlund,\nPresident Director of PT Marina Development Indonesia, said the\ndevelopment not only provides berthing facilities but also builds a\nservice ecosystem to support the growth of the yachting industry in\nIndonesia. One of the facilities now operational is the Captain\u2019s Self\nCheck-In &amp; Check-Out CIQP service, which allows yacht captains and\nowners to complete arrival and departure administration electronically\nbefore docking, thereby expediting inspections by Customs, Immigration,\nQuarantine, and Port Authorities. In addition to providing electricity\nand clean water supplies at each dock, the marina area is also equipped\nwith a welcome station that integrates travel services, concierge, a\ntenant lounge, CIQP services, and seaplane check-in and check-out\nfacilities. Going forward, the management will add various supporting\nfacilities, including a yacht club, a yacht maintenance service centre,\nretail areas, and lifestyle facilities as part of the Bali Maritime\nTourism Hub development. According to Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva, the\nmarina\u2019s development is expected to increase visits by domestic and\ninternational yachts while boosting economic activity in the tourism,\nmaritime logistics, hospitality, and micro, small, and medium enterprise\nsectors in Bali.<\/p>",
