        "content": "<p>A number of sections of the Probolinggo-Situbondo-Banyuwangi\n(Prosiwangi) toll road have finally been completed. In addition, two\nsections of the Prosiwangi toll road have obtained a Certificate of\nProper Operation (SLO).<\/p>\n<p>Citing data from the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT), the first\nsection runs from Gending to Kraksan, spanning 12.88 kilometres. The\nsecond section runs from Kraksaan to Paiton, spanning 11.20\nkilometres.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Probolinggo-Situbondo-Banyuwangi (Prosiwangi) Toll Road Section\n1 and Section 2, totalling 24 kilometres, have been completed and are\nbeing prepared for the operational stage,\u201d BPJT stated.<\/p>\n<p>However, the operation of Sections 1 and 2 is awaiting the results of\nthe Functional and Operational Feasibility Test (ULFO) for the Gending\nInterchange. This interchange will connect the Pasuruan-Probolinggo\n(Paspro) toll road with the Prosiwangi toll road.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, construction progress on Section 3, from Paiton to Besuki,\nhas reached 100 percent. This toll road section is also still undergoing\nthe ULFO process by BPJT.<\/p>\n<p>With the Prosiwangi toll road connected to the toll road network in\nEast Java, travel between regions is expected to become smoother, with\nmore efficient travel times\u2014from Probolinggo to Besuki reduced to 1 hour\nand 15 minutes\u2014and logistics distribution towards the eastern part of\nJava can be further optimised.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe presence of the Prosiwangi toll road will improve connectivity\nin the Tapal Kuda region, facilitate public mobility, and encourage\nlogistics distribution efficiency in East Java,\u201d BPJT stated.<\/p>",
