        "content": "<p>Nestl\u00e9 Indonesia is promoting the implementation of household waste\nmanagement within the community by placing waste stations in minimarkets\nto make it easier for the public to deposit inorganic waste.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough the Nestl\u00e9 Indonesia Waste Station, we want to encourage the\nactive role of industry, retail, waste management partners, and the\ncommunity to work together in building a more integrated waste\nmanagement system and providing a meaningful real impact on the\nenvironment,\u201d said Fajar Dewantara, Corporate Affairs Director of Nestl\u00e9\nIndonesia, in a press statement.<\/p>\n<p>Through a collaboration with Alfamart, which possesses an extensive\nretail network close to residential areas, the Nestl\u00e9 Indonesia Waste\nStation has been introduced to help the public build wise waste\nmanagement habits from home across the Alfamart retail network in\nJakarta, Bandung, and Bali. Collected waste points can then be exchanged\nfor shopping vouchers, providing a tangible incentive to encourage\nconsistent participation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe collaboration with Nestl\u00e9 Indonesia and Rekosistem is a concrete\nstep in providing facilities that are easily accessible to the public\nwhile encouraging behavioural changes towards more responsible waste\nmanagement,\u201d said Hans Harischandra, Property and Development Director\nof Alfamart.<\/p>\n<p>This approach, which integrates ease of access, connected digital\nsystems, and consumer incentives, is part of Nestl\u00e9\u2019s strategy to drive\nconsumer behavioural change, aligning with its Packaging Sustainability\npillar, specifically in promoting \u2018Rethinking Behaviour\u2019 to ensure\nchanges in community habits.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative also supports the implementation of the Minister of\nEnvironment and Forestry Regulation No.\u00a075 of 2019 regarding the Roadmap\nfor Waste Reduction by Producers. This inauguration brings the total to\n15 Nestl\u00e9 Indonesia Waste Station facilities established by the company\nin various major cities, including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Bali.\nCumulatively, the Nestl\u00e9 Indonesia Waste Station has successfully\nsupported the collection of more than 244,000 kilograms of waste as of\nearly 2026.<\/p>",
