"summary": "A court in Central Jakarta has ruled that negligence in applying occupational safety and health (K3) standards will be used as an aggravating factor in the sentencing of PT Terra Drone Indonesia's Chief Executive Officer, Michael Wisnu Wardhana, in connection with a deadly Terra Drone building fire that killed 22 people. The judge noted the CEO's duty to upgrade safety for a building leased for over two years and his failure to act despite financial capability, while also acknowledging remorse, prior clean record, and efforts at reconciliation including compensation and scholarships for the victims' children. The court previously sentenced the CEO to 1 year and 4 months in prison for the fire case.",
