        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) \u2013 Information and communications technology provider\nPT NEC Indonesia showcased a range of smart manufacturing solutions to\naccelerate the transformation of the national industry at the Indonesia\n4.0 Conference &amp; Expo 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The event, which was also initiated by the Indonesian Industrial\nDigital Transformation Council (WANTRII), adopted the theme \u201cAI-Powered\nIndustry \u2013 Shaping the Future of Intelligent Enterprise\u201d. It brought\ntogether industry players, government, academics and technology\nproviders to accelerate Indonesia\u2019s Industry 4.0 transformation through\nthe use of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe believe that the use of innovative technologies such as AI,\nautomation and data-based solutions will make a significant contribution\nto increasing the productivity and competitiveness of the national\nindustry,\u201d NEC Indonesia President Director Akifumi Katano said in a\nstatement in Jakarta on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Akifumi said NEC remained committed to supporting the development of\nindustrial human-resource capabilities and accelerating the realisation\nof the Making Indonesia 4.0 vision.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition also featured an interactive experience called Work\nProcess Recognition (WPR), an AI-based solution that enables\norganisations to understand and optimise manual work processes through\nvideo analysis.<\/p>\n<p>This year, NEC Indonesia\u2019s participation was supported by PT IFS\nSolusi Integrasi, which presented an Enterprise Asset Management\nsolution to help organisations optimise asset use, streamline\nmaintenance processes and improve operational efficiency across the\nboard.<\/p>\n<p>As well as presenting solutions in the exhibition area, NEC Indonesia\nshared practical experience intended to educate participants and provide\nmaterial for learning.<\/p>\n<p>NEC Indonesia, with support from ABeam Consulting Indonesia, also\ntook part in the Warehouse of Idea workshop, introducing manufacturing\nsolutions that can help companies accelerate their digital\ntransformation.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, NEC executives joined a panel discussion entitled\n\u201cWorkforce Transformation in the Age of Intelligent Industry\u201d, which\nexamined workforce transformation in the era of intelligent\nindustry.<\/p>",
