We must also<br>\nexpress our gratitude to the commander of the Indonesia&apos;s Western<br>\nFleet, Rear Admiral Mualimin Santoso MZ, for his correct decision<br>\nnot to allow outsiders to pillage our marine wealth.<\/p>\n<p>Detaining vessels engaged in poaching would only be bad for<br>\nthe image of the Navy as legal proceedings would open up the<br>\nopportunity for graft.
