The problem in our country is<br>\nthat if there is one good concept (for example High Scope, which<br>\nis also about English but much more about a different methodology<br>\nof learning) people with some money to invest (or launder) create<br>\nbad copies, thus hoping they can jump on the bandwagon and skim<br>\nfrom the demand for different education concepts.<\/p>\n<p>There should be very stringent controls on the accreditation<br>\nof schools and consequent quality monitoring.
