        "content": "<p>The Traffic Corps (Korlantas) of the National Police will implement\nnationwide one-way traffic engineering measures from KM 70 Cikampek\nthrough to KM 414 Kalikangkung beginning Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTomorrow, possibly led directly by the Minister of Transportation as\nwell, a flag-off ceremony for the national one-way homecoming traffic\nscheme will be held at 12:00 WIB,\u201d said Head of the Traffic Corps\n(Kakorlantas) Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho at the Command Centre\nPost KM 29 Cikampek Toll Road, West Java, on Tuesday evening.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, he stated that Korlantas had already implemented the\nfirst phase of partial one-way arrangements on the national one-way\nroute from KM 70 to KM 263 starting at 15:00 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBased on directives from the National Police Chief, the Minister of\nTransportation, and discussions with the Director of Jasa Marga, we\nobserved traffic surge starting at 12:00.
