Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Dadan Hindayana stated\nthat his agency will establish around 20 Nutrition Fulfilment Service\nOffices (KPPG) in Bogor Regency. These offices are tasked with planning,\nimplementing, evaluating, and reporting on the Free Nutritious Meals\n(MBG) programme at the district\/city and provincial levels directly to\nthe BGN head.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe coordination of the KPPG falls directly under the BGN. This\nmeans the head of the KPPG coordinates directly with me regarding the\nMBG programme. The KPPG can be regarded as the BGN\u2019s extension in the\nregions, and its officials must be experts in their fields,\u201d said Dadan\nafter inaugurating the Cijujung SPPG on Wednesday, 15 April 2026.<\/p>\n
Dadan emphasised that the KPPG structure will only be filled by Civil\nServants (ASN). The recruitment process will also be handled directly by\nthe BGN. According to him, the main focus of the KPPG is to coordinate\nnutrition fulfilment programmes, particularly MBG, while managing and\nsupervising distribution to ensure it reaches the intended targets.<\/p>\n
\u201cOne KPPG will coordinate around 50 SPPG. In Bogor Regency, the MBG\nkitchens are projected to reach around a thousand units. Therefore, we\nwill establish around 20 KPPG. The locations include Leuwiliang, Ciawi,\nand other areas in Bogor Regency,\u201d stated Dadan.<\/p>\n
During the inauguration of the Cijujung 03 Nutrition Fulfilment\nService Unit (SPPG) in Sukaraja Subdistrict, Dadan described the\nfacility as \u201cperfect.\u201d He assessed that the kitchen and its staff have\nmet the BGN\u2019s operational standard procedures, from the cleanliness of\nthe location and hygiene of raw materials to health checks for\nemployees.<\/p>\n
All SPPG staff, he said, not only undergo health tests but also\nnarcotics tests by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN).<\/p>\n
\u201cI hope other SPPG can emulate the standards here, so that the MBG\nprogramme truly runs as expected\u2014with hygienic food and all staff free\nfrom drugs,\u201d said Dadan.<\/p>\n
Chair of the Bogor Regency Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin),\nSintha Dec Checawaty, welcomed the directive. She stated that Kadin is\ncurrently managing 15 SPPG, with a target of reaching 20 units in Bogor\nRegency.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe will implement the same SOP as in this Cijujung SPPG: serving\nquality and hygienic MBG, and ensuring the health of all staff without\nexception.
