        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The National Human Rights Commission (Komnas\nHAM) is convinced of the involvement of other parties besides the four\nTNI soldiers suspected in the acid attack on the Deputy Coordinator of\nKontraS, Andrie Yunus.<\/p>\n<p>This was stated by Komnas HAM Commissioner Pramono Ubaid Tanthowi\nwhen asked about the transfer of the four suspects\u2019 files to the\nMilitary Judiciary.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, we have also received information about that (the transfer).\nHowever, we still believe that beyond these four individuals, there are\nother parties,\u201d Pramono said at the Komnas HAM office in Menteng,\nCentral Jakarta, on Wednesday (8\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat means, if there are, it opens the possibility for other\njudicial processes to be carried out,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Pramono continued that the legal process for the Andrie Yunus case,\nfrom the police to its transfer to the military, has proceeded and must\nbe respected.<\/p>\n<p>However, they still assess that the military court is not the only\noption.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe must not close off the space as if it is the only option to hold\nthe perpetrators accountable,\u201d Pramono stated.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, Komnas HAM is delving into several other pieces of\nevidence from the Advocacy Team for Democracy (TAUD) and KontraS on\nWednesday.<\/p>\n<p>This aims to open avenues for identifying other suspected\nperpetrators involved in the acid attack.<\/p>\n<p>It was previously reported that the Head of the TNI Information\nCentre (Kapuspen) TNI, Major General Aulia Dwi Nasrullah, stated that\nthe TNI Central Inspectorate (Puspom TNI) has transferred the four\nsoldiers who are suspects in the acid attack on Andrie Yunus to the\nMilitary Judiciary (Otmil) II-07 Jakarta, on Tuesday (7\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The transfer was carried out after Puspom TNI completed the\ninvestigation into the four soldiers from the TNI Strategic Intelligence\nAgency (BAIS).<\/p>\n<p>After the transfer, prosecutors from the Military Judiciary (Otmil)\nII-07 Jakarta will examine the completeness of the case files, both in\nterms of formal and material requirements.<\/p>\n<p>If all documents are deemed to meet the provisions, the case files\nwill then be forwarded to the Military Court II-08 Jakarta for the trial\nprocess.<\/p>",
