        "content": "<p>Based on Circular Letter from the Secretary General of the Ministry\nof Basic and Secondary Education Number 9098\/B\/A.A5\/HM.02.02\/2026\nregarding the Organisation of National Education Day in Educational\nUnits, educational units are encouraged to hold flag-raising ceremonies\nto commemorate National Education Day. The activities are guided by the\nprovisions set out in the Circular Letter from the Minister of Basic and\nSecondary Education on Guidelines for Commemorating National Education\nDay in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to educational units, central and regional institutions\nare also encouraged to organise commemorative ceremonies for National\nEducation Day 2026. Below are the guidelines for the National Education\nDay 2026 ceremony.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>The Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education will hold the\nNational Education Day 2026 commemorative ceremony on 2 May 2026 at\n07:30 WIB in person.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Central institutions, regional offices, educational units, and\nIndonesian representative offices abroad are encouraged to hold\nflag-raising ceremonies guided by the provisions set by the Ministry of\nBasic and Secondary Education as attached.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Schedule for National Education Day 2026 Ceremony<\/p>\n<p>Quoting from the Guidelines for Commemorating National Education Day\n2026 issued by the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, below is\nthe schedule for the National Education Day 2026 ceremony along with the\nattire provisions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Day, date: Saturday, 2 May 2026<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Time: 07:30 local time<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Venue: Office\/school grounds\/field\/other location agreed upon by\nthe local committee.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Attire:<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li><p>Invitees and ceremony participants shall wear simple\nregional\/traditional attire*.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Ceremony officials shall wear Official Ceremony Uniform (PDU) as\nper regulations.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Notes:<\/p>\n<p>*) The use of regional\/traditional attire aims to nurture and\nmaintain nationalism, love for the homeland, and preserve Indonesia\u2019s\ncultural heritage.
