        "content": "<p>National conference on IT at ITB<\/p>\n<p>To bridge the gap between theory and practice, the Bandung <br>\nInstitute of Technology, in cooperation with Pasundan University, <br>\nwill organize a national conference on information and technology <br>\non (IT) Feb. 18.<\/p>\n<p>The committee invites scholars, researchers and lecturers to <br>\nparticipate and send their scientific papers on three topics: IT <br>\nand organization, IT and technology and IT and human beings.<\/p>\n<p>Papers on IT and organization should discuss such issues as <br>\nbalance scorecard, outsourcing, e-procurement and supply chain <br>\nmanagement and audit systems.<\/p>\n<p>The participants can also write issues related to IT and <br>\ntechnology topics, such as web services, IT security and IT <br>\ninnovations.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, papers on IT and human beings, should discuss such <br>\nissues as e-government, distance learning and cyber laws.<\/p>\n<p>The papers must be submitted to the committee by Dec. 15.<\/p>\n<p>--The Jakarta Post<\/p>",
