A decree from the Central Leadership Council (DPP) of the Star and\nCrescent Party (PBB) has circulated, suspending Nadirah\u2019s position as\nChair of the NTB Regional Leadership Council (DPW) for the 2025-2030\nperiod. The suspension is detailed in Decree Number SK.PP\/0393\/2026,\nissued on 2 April 2026 in Jakarta. The removal is reportedly a\nconsequence of dualism in central-level management.<\/p>\n
In the decree, the DPP appointed Junaidi Arif to lead the DPW PBB NTB\nfor the 2025-2030 period. This decision is described as a step to\nregulate the party\u2019s organisational structure at the regional level. The\ndocument was signed directly by PBB DPP General Chairman Gugum Ridho\nPutra and Secretary General Ali Amran Tanjung.<\/p>\n
Junaidi Arif claims to have received the decree on Thursday (16\/4).\nHe emphasised that the decision is fully within the authority of the\nGeneral Chairman based on the PBB Congress.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis decree is based on the legitimacy of the Chairman at the\nCongress in Bali. So Mrs Nadirah was replaced because she is considered\ndisloyal,\u201d said Junaidi in his statement on Tuesday (21\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n
Old Officials Deny<\/p>\n
NTB DPW PBB Regional Secretary Muhlis Hasim has denied the suspension\nof the DPW PBB management inaugurated on Monday (15\/12\/2025) based on\nthe circulating decree.<\/p>\n
\u201cActually, nothing has happened, and there is nothing we need to say.\nBut because there is news in the media mentioning the suspension decree\nfor DPW PBB NTB, we need to clarify so that there is no further attempt\nto sway opinion inappropriately,\u201d he told detikBali.<\/p>\n
According to him, from the start, the DPW PBB did not want to be\naffected by the dynamics occurring at the DPP level. Therefore, the NTB\nDPW remains passive, monitoring and awaiting the results of\nreconciliation regarding the dynamics that have occurred.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe do not want to get involved in DPP affairs, so we remain focused\non carrying out the party\u2019s agenda at the regional level,\u201d said\nMuhlis.<\/p>\n
For the NTB DPW, Gugum Ridho Putra and Yuri Kemal Fadlullah are the\nGeneral Chairman and Secretary General of the DPP PBB until a different\ndecision is issued by the Ministry of Law.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe still refer to the Ministry of Law decree. So when there is a\nsuspension decree not signed by both of them, it means it is\nprocedurally flawed and null and void by law,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The suspension decree, Muhlis continued, was signed by Ali Amran\nTanjung acting as Secretary General. Meanwhile, the Secretary General\nlisted in the Ministry of Law decree is Yuri Kemal Fadlullah. Therefore,\nthe suspension decree is inappropriate if the NTB DPW is considered\ndisloyal to the party.<\/p>\n
\u201cOn the contrary, we adhere to the applicable laws and regulations.\nThe Ministry of Law decree is the legal umbrella for all political\nparties. We comply and obey decisions recognised by the government\nthrough the Ministry of Law decree. Whoever the leadership recognised by\nthe government, that is where we stand,\u201d he stressed.<\/p>\n
Muhlis emphasised that there is no dualism in the NTB DPW PBB other\nthan under Nadirah\u2019s leadership. This is because the issuance of the\nRepublic of Indonesia Ministry of Law decree ratifies the results of the\nDPP PBB Party Council consultation under the management of Yuri Kemal\nFadlullah as Chairman and Ruksamin as Secretary General.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis marks the end of the polemic and dynamics of the Star and\nCrescent Party both at the DPP and DPW levels.
