Speaking before the\ndecision was read at the Central Jakarta District Court on Tuesday,\nNadiem stated that his sole hope was for truth and justice to prevail.\n\u201cI just hope that today truth wins, that today justice wins, that is all\nI hope for,\u201d he said. He also expressed a prayer that justice still\nholds meaning in Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Nadiem acknowledged the support he has received from his family and\nsympathisers throughout the trial. Despite his optimism, he conceded\nthat the court\u2019s decision might not align with the facts presented\nduring the proceedings. \u201cI am aware that today the decision might not be\nin accordance with the facts of the trial,\u201d Nadiem remarked.<\/p>\n<p>The Central Jakarta District Court is scheduled to read the verdict\nagainst Nadiem Makarim.
