Prosecutors are convinced Nadiem is guilty in\nthe corruption case of Chromebook laptop procurement and Chrome Device\nManagement (CDM). \u201cDemanding that the panel of judges declare the\ndefendant Nadiem Anwar Makarim has been proven legally and convincingly\nguilty of committing corruption offences carried out jointly,\u201d said\nprosecutor Roy Riady while reading the prosecution statement at the\nCentral Jakarta Corruption Court, Wednesday (13\/5\/2026). \u201cImposing a\ncriminal sentence on the defendant Nadiem Anwar Makarim therefore with a\nprison sentence of 18 years,\u201d added the prosecutor.
