I usually pay my bills on time and use my telephones as <br>\nefficiently as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, however, there was a big jump in the amount on the <br>\nbills. The printout showed that these numbers were used several <br>\ntimes to contact a TV quiz telephone number and the expensive <br>\nJapati.<\/p>\n<p>While waiting for my claim to be settled, the telephone <br>\nnumbers could be used to receive incoming calls only. Besides, I <br>\nhad to pay a fine on late payment.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the response to my claim, which came a month <br>\nlater, was that I still had to pay the Japati charges because the <br>\ncall was made from my telephone numbers.<\/p>\n<p>I was really disappointed with this response. I have refused <br>\nto pay until Telkom can prove beyond any shadow of doubt that I <br>\nused my telephone numbers to contact Japati number.<\/p>\n<p>Telkom should realize that there are always hackers that can <br>\npenetrate the security wall of, for example, banking services, <br>\nand the Internet.
