Col. Ujang Mulyana as<br>\nsaying that 38-year old Dulati had been building a three-story<br>\nhouse with 18 rooms in Cipocok Jaya area.<\/p>\n<p>Dulati, a graduate of the Bogor Institute of Agriculture, was<br>\nsaid to have often confiscated the belongings of clients who were<br>\nlate in paying back their debts to him.<\/p>\n<p>His wife, Siti Uni Sulaesiyah, said Dulati left home on Sunday<br>\nevening along with two men who had come to visit him earlier.
