Tirtadji.<\/p>\n<p>The annual shareholders' meeting, held early this week, also<br>\napproved the appointment of Handoko Anindya Tanuadji as the<br>\ncompany's new president.<\/p>\n<p>Multipolar posted a net profit of Rp 1.1 billion in 1999,<br>\nswinging from a net loss of Rp 221.2 billion the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>Net revenues increased by 46 percent to Rp 239.8 billion in<br>\n1999.<\/p>\n<p>The company's total debts decreased to Rp 272 billion as of<br>\nend of 1999, as compared to Rp 457 billion in the same period the<br>\nyear before.<\/p>\n<p>Multipolar is listed on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock<br>\nExchanges.
