        "content": "<p>Mulia restructures debt<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Publicly listed floor tile and glass distributor<br>\nPT Mulia Industrindo said on Thursday it and its subsidiaries had<br>\nreached an agreement with creditors on terms for the<br>\nrestructuring of its US$260 million debt with them.<\/p>\n<p>A Master Facilities Agreement (MFA) was signed on Wednesday by<br>\nthe company and its three subsidiaries -- publicly listed floor<br>\ntile manufacturer PT Muliakeramik Indahraya, float glass<br>\nmanufacturer PT Muliaglass, and financial firm Mulia Industrindo<br>\nFinance BV -- with 40 foreign and national creditors, the company<br>\nsaid in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Company president Eka Tjandranegara said the company's<br>\nmanagement expected to complete the restructuring after meetings<br>\nwith two other primary creditor groups.<\/p>\n<p>\"The signing of the MFA today is the result of over two years'<br>\nof intensive documentation and negotiation efforts,\" he said.<br>\n(jsk)<\/p>",
