(TLKM) has announced that\nshareholders have officially appointed Muhammad Yusuf Ateh as a\nCommissioner of Telkomsel, effective from Monday, 1 June 2026. This\ndecision was made by Telkom Indonesia and Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte.\nLtd.\u00a0(Singtel), the shareholders of PT Telekomunikasi Selular\n(Telkomsel), on Friday (29\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The step is intended to reaffirm Telkomsel\u2019s commitment to\nstrengthening governance and strategic leadership in response to\nindustry dynamics, while maintaining profitability and sustainable\ngrowth. There are no changes to the rest of the Board of Commissioners\nand Directors. The current Board of Commissioners for Telkomsel is as\nfollows:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 President Commissioner: Diaz F.M. His previous roles include Commissioner of PT\nBank Mandiri Tbk (2021-2026), PLN (2020-2021), and member of the\nSupervisory Board of Perum Peruri (2013-2019).
