        "content": "<p>Mrs. Sigit to acquire Asiamatrix<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (Reuter): Electronics company Asiamatrix said it had<br>\nbeen informed that two of its major shareholders had agreed to<br>\nsell an aggregate of 55.84 percent of the company's shares at<br>\nS$1.10 each to a consortium led by Mrs.Ranawati Sigit<br>\nHardjojudanto of Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Asiamatrix said in a statement over the weekend that Crandeur<br>\nHoldings Pte Ltd, owned by Asiamatrix managing director George<br>\nThia, and Hong Kong-based Henshwin Ltd had agreed to sell 8.98<br>\nmillion and 4.40 million ordinary Asiamatrix shares respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The shares were bought by a consortium led by Indonesian<br>\nbusinesswoman Ranawati Sigit Hardjojudanto.<\/p>\n<p>The sale, agreed on Saturday, will be carried out as soon as<br>\npossible via a married deal through stockbrokers.<\/p>\n<p>Hardjojudanto's company Vasidon would make a general offer for<br>\nall remaining shares and warrants in Asiamatrix, the firm said.<\/p>",
