"summary": "The MPR has urged universities to back President Prabowo's energy transition programme by developing skilled workers for the green industry and conducting research to inform government policies. Speaking at Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, MPR member Soeparno highlighted the importance of energy security amid global geopolitical tensions, emphasising the need to reduce reliance on imported crude oil and LPG through accelerated electrification.
